After 21 years of conflict with Iraq is there something we can learn? It started with the Gulf War started on Aug. 2nd, 1990 which ended in 1991. Then on to the Iraq No Fly zone war that started in 1991 and ended in 2003. The current war in Iraq started in 2003.
